IH Safety Solutions’ Owner Theresa Fralic is passionate about protecting worker health and safety and started this Company to assist Employers in doing just that. She believes that every worker has the right to leave their job at the end of each day, in the same or better condition than when they arrived, and that successful safety performance begins with having a solid Occupational Health and Safety Program.

With experience in both OHS Consulting and Safety Program Management for a large construction Company, Theresa understands the value of quality, compliant OHS Programs, plans and procedures and the important role they play in protecting worker health and safety. However, Theresa firmly believes that safety cannot simply consist of documents on a shelf that check the regulatory boxes, but rather, Programs must be practical, stream-lined and efficient to ensure they are implemented and followed.
Having worked on both the consulting and implementation sides of the fence, Theresa has gained insight into the daily challenges Employers face in the management of their OHS systems. Combined with her Master’s Degree in Occupational and Environmental Health from McGill University, professional designations, and vast knowledge of OHS Regulations, Theresa possesses the skills to assist your Company with its health, safety and industrial hygiene needs.
